L&D Programme Manager (International)

📍 Uxbridge, London (Hybrid)

💰 Circa £55,000 + 10% bonus

We’re hiring an L&D Programme Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives across EMEA & APAC.

This is a great opportunity to join a global business where you’ll take ownership of L&D programmes, work closely with international stakeholders, and drive real impact across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Design and deliver L&D programmes aligned to business goals
Manage LMS (ideally Workday Learning) and external providers
Partner with HR, HRIS and key stakeholders across regions
Analyse L&D data to drive improvements
Act as the go-to for all L&D across international teams

What we’re looking for:

Experience in L&D programme management across multiple regions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
LMS experience (Workday ideal)
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)

Hybrid working (3 days in office) + some international travel.
