Oxford Global Resources is seeking an L&D Manager to support the implementation of the L&D and Deployment of Operational Guidelines (DOG) workstreams. Duration: 1‑year project. (remote).
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the L&D and DOG workstreams, ensuring coordination, tracking, and delivery across global teams.
- Maintain and update workstream roadmaps and KPIs to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress.
- Act as a certified Learning Expert, supporting training assignments and operational management within systems such as Cornerstone.
- Serve as the US point of contact for Scientific Knowledge Training, coordinating workshops and execution.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams in CET and PST time zones, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Support the implementation and adoption of operational guidelines to drive standardization and scalability.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Portfolio & Operations team, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
🧩 Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with additional training or certifications in project management (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, etc.).
- 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) or similar regulated environments.
- Hands‑on experience with L&D systems such as Cornerstone or equivalent platforms.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, execution, and managing complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills across matrixed organizations.
