About You
You're an experienced Scrum Master who cares about delivery, team health, and doing Agile properly, not just going through the motions.
You've likely worked across one or more engineering teams and are confident running Scrum end to end. You understand how to balance structure with flexibility, and you know when to challenge, coach, or step back.
You enjoy working closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, helping teams stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve how they deliver.
You think beyond ceremonies. You care about outcomes, not just process, and you're always looking for ways to improve flow, collaboration, and predictability.
You're proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can influence both delivery and ways of working.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support delivery across our product and platform teams.
This role focuses on enabling high-performing Agile teams, ensuring effective Scrum practices, and improving how we plan, deliver, and iterate across our roadmap.
You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track, remove blockers, and support continuous improvement across teams.
You'll play a key role in strengthening and evolving our delivery practices, helping teams become more effective, predictable, and aligned.
About the Team
You'll be joining our Product & Delivery team, working across a range of secure, software-driven products used within regulated and government-aligned environments.
The team brings together product, research, design, and engineering, working closely to deliver high-quality, reliable platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support teams in delivering against roadmap priorities in a structured and predictable way
- Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and clarity of requirements
- Identify and remove blockers that impact team progress and delivery
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, encouraging continuous improvement
- Help improve collaboration between engineering, product, and wider business stakeholders
- Support visibility of delivery through Jira and other reporting tools
- Contribute to improving delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across teams
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Agile delivery and experience working within software development environments.
This role is well suited to someone who is confident running Scrum across one or more teams and is looking to broaden their impact.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting delivery across teams
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using Jira (or similar tools) for tracking and reporting delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove delivery blockers
- Ability to coach and support teams in improving ways of working
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working across multiple Scrum teams
- Exposure to scaling Agile practices
- Experience contributing to delivery improvements or process change
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks or project methodologies
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)
