About The Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping how learning happens across the organisation. From delivering engaging development opportunities to improving how we use our Learning Management System, your work will help colleagues build skills, confidence and capability.
You’ll:
Design and deliver learning and development activities
Manage and enhance our LMS and learning content
Plan training and monitor compliance
Use data and feedback to improve learning impact
Support career development, talent reviews and performance processes
Build strong relationships across the organisation
About You
You’ll enjoy this role if you:

- Are organised, proactive and open to new ideas
- Use insight and feedback to improve what you do
- CIPD Level 3 L&D or equivalent (Level 5 CIPD L&D is desirable or willingness to work towards)
