Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and coordinating legal and professional development programmes aligned to career progression and business needs.
- Managing training calendars, learning events, conferences and induction programmes for early-career and experienced professionals.
- Overseeing CPD compliance, learning records, reporting and learning management systems.
- Evaluating programme effectiveness through engagement data, feedback and attendance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful learning and talent development initiatives.
