About The Role
As our Learning & Development Advisor, you'll help shape and deliver development initiatives that support colleague growth, leadership capability and organisational success. You'll work closely with managers and stakeholders across SRG to create engaging learning solutions that make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for L&D queries across the business
- Assisting with the design of learning and development programmes aligned to business goals and colleague development.
- Introducing external speakers for engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions, workshops and development activities across our HiPo, MDP and future programmes.
- Enhancing management and leadership development programmes to build capability across the business.
- Developing and improving onboarding and induction experiences for new colleagues.
- Creating high-quality learning resources, including workshops, guides, toolkits and digital learning content.
- Working with stakeholders to identify development needs and implement effective learning solutions.
- Managing third party facilitators and being the main point of contact, ensuring that learning programmes and L&D events run smoothly.
Who we’re looking for
You'll bring experience in learning and development along with a passion for helping people build new skills and achieve their potential.
- Experience in a prior Learning & Development or Talent Development position
- Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person introductions.
- Experience creating learning content, workshops and development resources.
- Proven ability to display initiative and to link stakeholder and learning needs together
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels (including c-suite is desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms (advantageous).
