- Coordinate the development and launch of new programs and pilot initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, tech, and business development as needed
- Support the development of writing workshops together with training to support staff or contractors to deliver workshops
- Explore how adjacent services such as book coaching and ghostwriting may fit into the broader writing program ecosystem
- Research and stay current on market trends, writing education models, AI tools for writers, and opportunities for innovation
- Evaluate whether programs should be built in-house, licensed, or delivered through contractors or subject-matter experts
- Help improve offers over time based on feedback, performance, and market response
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience building, launching, or managing educational programs, courses, coaching offers, or similar learning products
- Strong execution skills and ability to move quickly with limited oversight
- Commercial mindset with the ability to think about offers, customer value, pricing, and growth

- Execution and Launch Speed: Ability to move quickly from idea to implementation, launching pilots, building version one offers, and improving them through real-world feedback.
- Commercial and Growth Acumen: Ability to think like a business builder by shaping offers that can attract customers, convert leads, generate revenue, and support long-term growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to coordinate effectively across marketing, sales, operations, tech, and partners to get programs built, launched, and supported smoothly.
