We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Learning & Technology Enablement to lead the design and delivery of organization wide learning programs that empower employees to fully leverage digital tools and platforms.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality technology learning solutions. You will play a critical role in enabling successful adoption of new tools and systems through thoughtful program design, strong communication strategies, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of firmwide, instructor-led technology training programs, including onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
- Develop and execute technology adoption strategies, including communication plans and champion networks to drive engagement and uptake
- Oversee the creation of on-demand learning solutions such as eLearning modules, microlearning content, and digital resource libraries
- Partner with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with broader organizational and technology goals
- Apply project management principles to ensure timely and effective delivery of learning programs
- Leverage analytics to measure adoption, track post-training performance, and continuously improve learning outcomes
- Design and implement surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess program effectiveness
- Manage and optimize LMS reporting and learning data to inform decision-making
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading a team in the design and delivery of technology-focused learning programs
- Strong understanding of technology adoption frameworks and change enablement strategies
- Hands-on experience developing eLearning and on-demand learning solutions
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with learning analytics, LMS platforms, and performance measurement
- A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in learning
