Title: Project Manager
Location: Toronto, Ontario, M5K 1A2: 4 days in office: Hybrid
Duration: 6-7 Months
Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to high complexity Learning & Development (L&D) projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and execute learning solutions including ILT, eLearning, webinars, and workshops.
Align project initiatives with overall business and portfolio priorities.
Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectations across internal and external teams.
Drive project governance by identifying, tracking, and resolving risks and issues.
Collaborate with L&D teams to translate business needs into effective learning strategies and solutions.
Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and management for third-party learning services.
Monitor and report project progress, ensuring transparency with stakeholders at all levels.
Apply Agile/Scrum and hybrid project management methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.
Continuously improve processes through retrospectives and stay updated with industry best practices.
