About the role
Whether it’s developing a new learning offer to delivering one of our core accredited programmes you’ll play a pivotal role in parting knowledge and skills. This role will include delivering workshops, developing digital content, and supporting leadership development, you’ll work with teams and volunteers across the charity to support their learning needs.
What you'll do
- Lead, design and deliver engaging learning sessions, both in person and virtual for colleagues and volunteers, and own the delivery of our various learning programmes
- Connect with stakeholders to identify learning needs and work with teams to find the right solutions to support their development
- Maintain and develop our learning resources, processes and systems, including supporting our LMS development and e-learning offer
- Work closely with our incredible volunteers across the four nations to support their development
- Oversee the end-to-end apprenticeship program, providing direct mentorship and development for early-career apprentices.
