Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Learning and Development Consultant based on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, you will sell, design and deliver engaging training programs, provide expert L&D consulting to clients, and facilitate professional development initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to assess learning needs, creating instructional materials, implementing learning strategies, and utilizing learning management systems to track progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development, Learning Management, and related processes
- Experience in Instructional Design and the ability to create tailored learning solutions
- Strong Consulting skills to assess client needs and develop customized strategies
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for effective collaboration and facilitation
- Proficiency with learning management technology and tools is an advantage
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in corporate or professional training settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred
