About the Role:
Client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development Manager (Service Delivery) to drive capability enhancement, performance development, and skill transformation for our delivery teams in the Middle East region. The role requires strong expertise in L&D program design, service delivery excellence, and stakeholder management.
Candidates should be from L&D background.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Program Design
Develop and execute the L&D roadmap aligned with service delivery objectives and regional business needs. Identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and training needs across delivery teams. Design learning interventions including technical, behavioral, leadership, and service excellence programs. Implement blended learning solutions—classroom, virtual, digital, and experiential.
Training Delivery & Execution
Oversee end-to-end training delivery for service delivery units across the Middle East. Work with internal SMEs, external vendors, and training partners to schedule, design, and deliver programs. Analytics & Impact Measurement Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as productivity improvements, client satisfaction, and quality metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to refine training programs and demonstrate ROI.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Collaborate closely with service delivery heads, HRBPs, CoEs, and business leaders to ensure L&D
solutions support business outcomes. Act as the single point of contact for L&D initiatives for Middle East delivery teams. Build strong partnerships with clients by presenting training outcomes and capabilitybuilding plans.
Talent & Leadership
Development Support succession planning through targeted capability-building frameworks. Drive leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level managers within service delivery. Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field. Experience
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3–5 years in service delivery environments.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of service delivery processes and metrics. Expertise in digital learning platforms, LMS tools, and modern learning methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate in a multicultural, dynamic Middle East environment
