Learning Designer to create impactful leadership and professional development learning experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with subject matter experts, HR partners, and business leaders to design high‑quality e‑learning, instructor‑led training, and competency‑based development content that builds capability and supports our organizational strategy. This is a
12‑month contract role.

Job Description
- Design and develop leadership programs, learning pathways, and professional skills content using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Create engaging digital and in‑person learning materials, including e‑learning modules, workshops, job aids, playbooks, and facilitator guides.
- Build scalable digital learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.
- Manage and optimize content within the LMS, including course uploads, reporting, and learner experience enhancements.
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, accessibility (WCAG/UDL), and alignment with leadership expectations.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, analytics, and feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with trends in leadership development, learning technology, and adult learning best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design, preferably within a corporate, leadership development, or professional learning environment.
- Post‑secondary degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certificate or formal coursework in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or Adult Education.
- Strong experience with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline) and developing SCORM‑compliant content.
- Solid understanding of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and competency‑based learning.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with leadership development, microlearning, gamification, virtual or blended learning is considered an asset.
