About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Learning & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition activities. This role contributes to key talent initiatives by supporting the delivery of learning and development programs while managing recruitment processes for assigned roles, helping strengthen both our people capabilities and talent pipeline.
As a Learning & Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
Learning & Development
- Contribute to the annual training plan by supporting training needs analysis and identifying capability gaps in collaboration with managers and HR;
- Design and develop engaging learning materials (presentations, workshops, e-learning content) aligned with business priorities;
- Coordinate and facilitate selected training sessions, induction programs, and team development initiatives where appropriate;
- Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, participation data, and performance indicators; propose improvements based on insights;
- Maintain and optimize the LMS, ensuring content relevance, user engagement, and accurate reporting;
- Support the design of structured learning paths and development frameworks, contributing to a culture of continuous learning;
- Research market best practices and propose innovative learning solutions (digital tools, microlearning, blended approaches).
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and recommend improvements;
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns;
- Support onboarding design and continuously enhance the new hire experience.
What youβll bring:
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field; Masterβs degree in HR Management is a plus;
- 2β3 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development operations;
- Experience in data-driven reporting for training or recruitment metrics;
- Practical experience in managing recruitment processes end-to-end;
- Familiarity with LMS, HRMS, and ATS systems;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek;
- Advanced MS Office knowledge;
- Experience in competency frameworks or career pathing;
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
