At KPMG Executive Search & Selection unit, we are looking on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Energy Sector, to identify a profile with strong experience in Learning & Development, with emphasis on Learning Implementation and LMS Specialization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective governance and continuous optimization of the Learning Management System and learning operations, ensuring operational excellence, data integrity and a seamless learner experience across the organization. The role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage user access and provide first-line technical support, ensuring smooth enrolments, permissions, SSO access, and high-quality user guidance.
- Deliver reporting and learning analytics, producing automated dashboards and insights to track KPIs, completions, engagement, and data quality.
- Own LMS administration and optimization by managing course content, learning paths, system configuration, and continuous platform improvements.
- Act as the key liaison between HR, L&D, IT, and external vendors to support e-learning deployment, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Support budgeting and procurement processes in SAP, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, workflow monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Contribute to learning reporting and annual reviews, developing Excel/Power BI reports on participation, costs, learning hours, and ESG metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. MSc in a relevant field is a strong asset.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Learning & Development or LMS administration.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, including system upgrades, content management, and end-user support.
- Certifications related to Learning & Development, LMS technologies, or HR systems.
