We are looking for a
Learning & Development Specialist to support training delivery, content creation, and continuous improvement of learning programs. In this role, you will contribute to building effective training solutions that support business performance and employee development.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Design and maintain learning content, including interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360, as well as short-form materials (e.g., micro-videos, guides) to support evolving business needs
- Analyze quality and performance data (e.g., QA and CSAT) to identify skill gaps and translate insights into targeted training materials and continuous learning improvements
- Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees, and track performance metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity) using tools such as Google Sheets (VLOOKUPS/Pivots)
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to translate technical updates into clear, practical workflows and ensure teams are prepared for new feature launches
- Coordinate training activities with external partners (BPO), support train-the-trainer initiatives to ensure alignment with internal standards and manage the certification process to ensure 100% readiness before launch
- Explore and apply learning technologies and digital tools, including AI-based solutions, to enhance engagement and knowledge retention
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or relevant professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or training delivery, ideally in a customer service or technology-driven environment
- Experience designing and delivering learning content, including digital and short-form training materials
- Proficiency in learning platforms and tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Google Workspace), with familiarity in customer support tools such as Zendesk
- Understanding of training effectiveness methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) is a plus
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve training outcomes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required due to the international scope of the role
