At KPMG Executive Search & Selection unit, we are looking on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Energy Sector, to identify a profile with strong experience in Learning & Development, with an emphasis on talent management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management and succession strategies, ensuring that leadership and development programs meet organizational needs, and maintaining strong partnerships with managers, HR, and key stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a keen eye for talent development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Design and drive succession planning for critical and leadership roles.
- Assess talent needs and create development plans (including future leaders).
- Lead leadership development and key L&D initiatives (coaching, mentoring, career growth).
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent practices with business needs.
Job Requirements
- BSc in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
- MSc in a relevant field is a strong asset.
- 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, with significant exposure to talent management practices.
- Proven experience designing and implementing talent development initiatives.
- Experience working with HRIS and Talent systems.
- Understanding of competency models, performance management systems and succession planning frameworks.
- Relevant certifications highly valued.
- Familiarity with modern talent philosophies, leadership development approaches and career development tools.
