About Flint Learning Solutions
Flint Learning Solutions has been designing and delivering custom eLearning and corporate learning solutions for public and private sector organizations since 2004.
We work with organizations that need more than off-the-shelf training. Our team designs learning programs that help leaders, teams, and organizations build real capability in areas such as leadership development, compliance, systems adoption, and sales effectiveness.
Most of our work involves building custom learning programs for clients, which means projects require close coordination between instructional designers, developers, and client stakeholders from concept through delivery.

Why Join Flint
We believe organizations learn best when people apply new knowledge directly in their work. For over 20 years, Flint has helped companies design learning programs that drive real change inside teams and organizations.
We take our work seriously, but we also value the culture we have built along the way. Our team works hard, supports each other, and enjoys working together, whether that is through collaboration on projects, Friday cocktails, potlucks, or the occasional ping-pong or foosball match.
If you are great at either, definitely tell us.
