Who You Are

Penultimate or final-year student in Product Design, UX, HCI, Visual Design, or a related field
Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
Confidence using Figma
Advanced or proficient level of English
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
Passion for digital note-taking and productivity tools
Familiarity with user research methods
Experience contributing to a design system
Fluency in additional languages
Previous use of Goodnotes (especially for the B2B team)

What The Job Involves

Internship start date: 26 May 2026 (Tuesday) or 23 June 2026 (Tuesday)
Launch your career in Product Design, UX, and UI with a hands-on internship at Goodnotes
As a design intern, you'll work on real problems, ship real work, and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
The B2B team builds Goodnotes for teams, organizations, and education partners. You'll help design experiences for admins, teams, and shared workspaces, focusing on scalability, trust, and clarity
Design experiences for integrations, collaboration, and workspaces
Work on complex, real-world product problems with multiple user types
Collaborate closely with senior designers on structured product flows
Help evolve our design system for B2B use cases
Learn how enterprise needs differ from consumer products
Design in Figma, following and contributing to a shared design system
Support the full design process: exploration, wireframes, UI, and iteration
Run or assist with usability testing and synthesize insights
Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
Learn how high-quality product design ships in a real production environment
