This is a 2 year Fixed term Contract!
Responsibilities
- Manage the learning through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning
- Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered
- Access and collaborate with other expert resources to deliver training
- Work with global L&D partners and regional leaders to align learning deliverables with strategic business needs
- Assess performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness
- Work with managers to support trainees' transfer of learning to the workplace
- Conduct needs analyses to create the optimal learner experience
- Provide input to the Learning and Development strategy
- Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience
- Participate with the global L&D team in development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions.
- Design and create activities and learning content to support the curriculum
- Determine audience needs and flex program delivery to be most effective, training sessions, self-paced, hands-on application
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a learning Facilitator or HR Business Partner
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
Knowledge & Skill
- Ability to create an inclusive learning environment
- Good facilitation skills. Able to read an audience and flex according to learner needs
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take material and adapt and personalize to the audience
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Technically savvy, with a passion for digital learning

The CAN base salary range for this position in is58K-68KYr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
