We're working with a well regarded, global Law Firm, that are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their re-vamped function.
Full time but will also consider people 4 days a week.
Salary - up to approx £85k.
Hybrid approach - 2 days in office per week.
This is a high visibility, consultative Learning and Development Manager role for someone who goes out to the business, spots skills gaps and builds learning that genuinely lands.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Engage directly with the business to identify capability and skills gaps
- Design, deliver bespoke training (particular focus on experience with Business Development Training Delivery) across the business and various locations (online and face to face).
- Work hand in glove with HR Business Partners to shape the right development solutions
- Drive engagement with L&D through strong communication and influence
- Support individuals and managers with personal development plans
- Line manage and develop junior L&D team members
The suitable Learning and Development Manager will need to be an experienced in L&D design and delivery and have a strong understanding how to foster a learning culture through stakeholder engagement and collaborative working.
They will also be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills. Experience of working in a similar environment or professional service is essential.
