💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a Learning + Development Coordinator to make sure every single leader, manager, and facilitator has the best possible experience on our programmes. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes (but not invisible) magician making sure onboarding is smooth, comms are spot on, workshops are prepped, and learners feel supported from start to finish.
🔥 What you will be doing
- Onboarding leaders into programmes: Making sure they know what to expect, where to be, and how to get the most out of it.
- Owning programme comms: Sending the right messages at the right time — before, during, and after the programme — so learners always feel guided.
- Supporting facilitators and clients: Prepping facilitation packs, scheduling workshops, and making sure everyone has what they need to shine.
- Keeping the community buzzing: Posting in our Slack spaces, sharing resources, sparking conversations, and keeping alumni engaged with Unleashed.
- Tracking and improving feedback: Gathering responses, pulling out testimonials, and spotting where we can improve the learner journey.
- Refining learner journeys: Working with the MD to design smoother, smarter programme experiences that stick long after the workshops.
- Owning our platforms: Setting up new cohort Notion hubs, keeping the Learning Hub up to date, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

- A crystal-clear learner journey mapped across all programmes, with plans for ongoing improvements.
- High feedback response rates (and glowing feedback about the programme experience).
- Seamless onboarding for all open cohorts - learners know exactly what’s happening and when.
- An active and engaged Unleashed Slack community full of resources, conversations, and energy.
- Facilitators consistently feel prepped and supported before every workshop.
- We have successfully embraced and implemented automation and AI throughout all elements of the learner journey.

- Are brilliantly organised and love keeping lots of moving parts running smoothly
- Have experience supporting learning, training, or client journeys
- Can juggle multiple clients or projects at once without breaking a sweat
- Are confident with G-Suite and happy learning new tools (Miro, Zoom, Notion)
- Have great communication skills - clear, warm, and professional
- Enjoy experimenting, tweaking, and finding “even better” ways of doing things
- Are detail-obsessed but also care about the big picture impact
