Who You Will Work With:
The vacant Organizational Development, Specialist associate is responsible for supporting and leading the design and implementation of L&D initiatives to help employees acquire the competencies the organization needs to deliver on corporate objectives. The specialist is also responsible for the administrative tasks required for maintaining learning and development programs. This includes planning, coordinating, and directing learning and development programs and maintaining training records for all employees, and compiling reports and statistics for the Head, Organizational Development.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the enterprise Leadership development tool including completion
- Maintain Workday course updates, HUB (Intranet) content management, SCORM packaging/publishing cadences for all product modules, and coordination of product learning sessions.
- Manage the Education Reimbursement Policy and enterprise L&D budget, facilitate the approval of employee education requests, monitor participation, ensure documentation is collected, and produce monthly and quarterly dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate enterprise training delivery, including logistics for in‑person cohorts and oversight of the virtual self‑paced program with labs and certification vouchers.
- Support role‑based and training initiatives, including: AWS Cloud Training, BSA Learning Series, Internal Audit Learning Series, Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), Implicit Bias Training, Inclusive Leadership, Workday Course on Leadership Strategy
- Participate in L&D and compliance‑related projects, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and timely execution.
- Manage the L&D inbox and intake process, triaging requests, responding to inquiries, escalating when appropriate, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Support enterprise programs and special initiatives
- Refine learning materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with expectations and organizational standards.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Compliance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or compliance‑related functions, with a growing track record of supporting complex, enterprise‑level training initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise learning platforms such as Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, or equivalent LMS tools to manage, track, and report on compliance and learning programs.
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, concise, and actionable training content.
- Proven ability to communicate complex compliance and policy information to diverse audiences, including senior leaders, with clarity and confidence.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and creative capability to design polished, professional, and high‑impact compliance learning materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy—particularly when managing compliance records, reporting requirements, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Strong critical‑thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to interpret regulatory expectations, identify risks, and provide evidence‑based training recommendations.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with demonstrated success driving continuous improvement in training processes, systems, or reporting practices.
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with compliance stakeholders, SMEs, and business leaders.
What We’re Offering:
The hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation. Our Total Rewards package is designed to support your well-being and future, and includes:
