Description: Lead the design and execution of the company’s Learning & Development strategy Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs across multiple formats: in-person, online, hybrid Oversee the e-learning platform and ensure content is engaging and up-to-date Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and videos Organize internal events, workshops, and initiatives to boost employee engagement Support talent management processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and career development Monitor compliance with labor regulations and internal training policies Track, analyze, and report KPIs to measure learning impact and suggest improvements Serve as a trusted advisor on learning and development to managers and staff Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related; proven L&D experience; strong communication and strategic thinking
