"Description: Design, implement, and monitor the annual Learning & Development plan Coordinate training programs for employees, both internally and externally, across formats Manage e-learning platform and track analytics to ensure impactful learning Develop and maintain high-quality training content: workshops, manuals, videos, presentations Lead internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities Support onboarding, talent development, career planning, and performance management Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal learning procedures Track, analyze, and report learning KPIs, recommending improvements to L&D strategy Act as a subject matter expert, coaching managers and employees on learning opportunities Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Management, or Psychology; 3–5 years’ L&D experience; proactive, collaborative, results-focused"
