"ROLE: Lead the planning and rollout of the Annual L&D Strategy Build and manage training experiences in multiple formats (live, digital, hybrid) Enhance the e-learning platform and leverage learning analytics Produce high-quality learning materials and update existing content Drive internal events, culture-building, and engagement activities Support onboarding, performance cycles, development programs, and succession plans Maintain compliance with labor regulations and training procedures Measure L&D effectiveness through KPIs and propose improvement actions Act as a trusted advisor and specialist in talent growth QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related areas 3–5 years in L&D, Talent Development, or similar roles Hands-on experience in designing training and executing L&D strategies Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills Engaging communicator with strong facilitation abilities Collaborative, proactive, and impact-oriented Comfortable influencing cross-level stakeholders OFFER: Opportunity to shape growth within an exponentially scaling startup Energetic, youthful, and rapidly evolving environment Room for career development and ownership Employee perks including discounts, insurance, and gym access On-site position located in Cacém – Sintra Inclusive employer welcoming diverse backgrounds"
