Descrição da Função
"Lead the development and execution of the Annual Learning & Development Strategy Coordinate training programs across in-person, digital, and hybrid formats Oversee the e-learning platform and apply insights from learning analytics Develop, update, and refine training resources (workshops, videos, guides, presentations) Drive internal events, team-building moments, and company engagement activities Support onboarding, performance cycles, career development, and succession planning Ensure compliance with legislation and internal L&D procedures Track and interpret KPIs, recommending data-driven improvements Act as the internal expert in talent development and support leaders and teams QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related areas 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management Confirmed experience in instructional design and L&D strategy execution Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Proactive, collaborative, and highly results-driven Ability to guide and influence stakeholders across the organization OFFER: Opportunity to be a key growth catalyst in a scaling startup Fast-paced, youthful, and agile work environment Career progression possibilities and meaningful contribution Employee discounts, health plan, gym membership, and other benefits On-site role located in Cacém – Sintra Equal-opportunity employer welcoming all qualified applicants"
