Your Purpose
As Learning Specialist, you design and deliver learning experiences that empower our teams to grow, perform, and thrive. You support the development of skills, behaviors, and culture that reflect the essence of Amorim Luxury. You help shape careers, strengthen capabilities, and sustain a high-performing, people-centered environment.
Responsabilities
- Develop learning experiences aligned with company standards, operational excellence, and people-development goals.
- Plan engaging and meaningful training sessions and other learning iniciatives — service culture, leardership, onboarding, technical skills and others.
- Design customized learning paths for different teams and functions.
- Deliver a memorable onboarding journey that strengthens connection to the brand and accelerates role readiness.
- Identify learning needs through observation, feedback, and performance data.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development.
- Ensure training plans, attendance records, and learning systems are consistently updated.
- Track KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve content and delivery.
- Support audits and maintain compliance with internal standards and policies.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning is aligned with business priorities.
- Contribute to groupwide learning initiatives within Amorim Luxury.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in learning & development.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and energize teams.
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies.
- Creativity in designing learning experiences that are engaging and impactful.
- Organizational agility and an analytical approach.
- A passion for people growth, hospitality and luxury service culture.
- Proactive mindset, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.
