"About the role: Develop and manage the company’s annual Learning & Development plan Design and coordinate engaging internal and external training programs Optimize the e-learning platform and analyze learning data to improve outcomes Produce, review, and maintain high-quality training content: presentations, manuals, videos, workshops Lead team-building events, internal workshops, and employee engagement initiatives Support onboarding, career progression, succession planning, and performance management Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal L&D procedures Track, analyze, and report on learning KPIs to recommend strategic actions Act as a subject matter expert, guiding managers and employees on development opportunities Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Management, or related; 3–5 years’ experience; proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented"
