You’ll be focused in
- Producing and maintaining accurate records of learning and development activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Assisting in the operational organization of training programs, including scheduling rooms and communicating relevant details to participants.
- Monitoring and tracking attendance, cancellations, and survey participation, while supporting the maintenance of the database.
- Playing a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of the HR team by providing proactive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
- Passionate about HR, highly organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multitask effectively;
- Team player and collaborative spirit;
- Willingness to participate and engage in our mindset and culture;
