Our client is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on Manager, Talent Management & Learning to lead and evolve enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen leadership pipeline, elevate employee performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. This role plays a critical part in shaping people strategy by ensuring that talent practices are aligned with business priorities, organizational values, and future workforce needs.
You will partner closely with executives, people leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver impactful programs across three core pillars: Talent Management & Succession Planning, Learning & Development, and Performance Management. Talent Management & Succession Planning- Design, implement, and continuously refine enterprise talent review processes to identify high-potential employees, critical roles, and future leaders across the organization.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor succession plans for key roles, working in close partnership with senior leaders to assess readiness, risk, and development needs.
- Lead career pathing and internal mobility frameworks that provide employees with clear growth opportunities and support long-term retention.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent gaps and workforce risks, using data and insights to recommend targeted development, reskilling, or hiring strategies.
- Embed inclusive and equitable talent practices that support diversity of thought, experience, and leadership representation.
Learning & Development- Build and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports leadership development, onboarding, functional capability building, and enterprise-wide skill development.
- Design, launch, and oversee live, facilitator-led training programs focused on leadership effectiveness, soft skills, and core organizational capabilities.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to develop high-quality learning experiences aligned to business priorities.
- Establish clear learning objectives and success metrics, measuring program effectiveness through feedback, participation data, and business outcomes.
- Continuously improve learning offerings by leveraging insights, emerging best practices, and evolving organizational needs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging knowledge sharing, self-directed development, and manager-led coaching.
Performance Management- Lead the planning and execution of the organization’s performance management cycle, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.
- Train and coach managers and employees on effective goal setting, performance conversations, feedback practices, and development planning.
- Ensure performance management processes are aligned with organizational values, leadership expectations, and talent development goals.
- Analyze performance trends and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to inform workforce planning, talent decisions, and leadership development.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to evolve performance practices that support engagement, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning & development.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent, learning, or performance programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.
- Experience working with talent analytics, learning management systems, and performance management tools.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing people and leaders.
