Learning and Development Manager
Roselands Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a leading hospitality group in London (Zone 2) as they search for a dynamic and engaging Learning and Development Manager. You will work closely with the Director of Learning and Talent Development to deliver an inspiring people development strategy and help grow exceptional talent across the business.
Key accountabilities
• Support the design, communication and delivery of the organisation’s learning and development plan.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that build confidence, capability and service excellence across all teams, with a focus on guest experience and company culture.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs at all levels, using your understanding of hospitality trends and operational demands to guide learning priorities.
• Create and maintain learning and development policies and procedures including new starter orientation, mandatory training requirements, development pathways for promotions, external learning opportunities and access to learning resources.
• Coach and support departmental trainers to deliver high quality on the job training within their areas.
General requirements
Hands-on training and development experience including leadership roles within hospitality or retail.
• A warm, approachable and energetic personality with a keen eye for detail and a naturally positive attitude.
• Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional personal presentation with the ability to represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
