**6 month Fixed Term Contract**

Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow, and thrive? Do you love turning complex ideas into engaging experiences? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! We are looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving impactful learning solutions that enhance performance, promote growth, and support organisational transformation. You will have a solid understanding of how people learn and a passion for understanding and changing human behaviour.

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end learning and transformation programmes that make a real impact across multiple sectors.
Be the executive lead on client projects - steering strategy, design, and delivery to hit both learning and business goals.
Supporting internal learning strategy and development of junior talent.
Run discovery workshops (in-person and virtual) to identify audience groups and clear outcomes
Design blended learning solutions that support talent development, leadership, and change.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and transformation teams to bring learning solutions to life.
Support sales team and Creative Directors in developing high-quality proposals across public and private sector opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

A creative thinker with proven experience in leading large scale learning and/or transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, behavioural science and instructional design.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, understanding how to incorporate storytelling and communication.
Track record of managing clients, projects and people.
