We are seeking an experienced
Digital Learning Consultant to support the development and optimisation of eLearning content across our firm. This role is ideal for a specialist with a strong background in instructional design, SCORM compliance, and hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise. We're open to engaging the right person on either a freelance day-rate basis or a fixed-term contract, depending on preference and availability.
Role Structure
You’ll report to the Senior Manager, L&D, and work closely with the wider L&D team, LMS administrator, technical leads, and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Ensure all content is SCORM-compliant and fully compatible with our LMS
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging digital learning experiences
- Provide expert guidance on instructional design best practices
- Conduct thorough testing and QA across platforms and devices
- Review and troubleshoot existing SCORM packages for compatibility and performance
- Support LMS integration and provide documentation as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline and Rise
- In-depth understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration
- Strong background in instructional design or digital learning development
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing scalable, modular eLearning templates
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Desirable
- Experience with xAPI or other eLearning tracking standards
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1)
- Prior experience in corporate or compliance training environments
- Knowledge of video production or microlearning techniques (nice to have)

- This is a national role; you can be based at any of our UK offices and work on an agile basis
