Job Title: AI Learning Program Manager
Primary Location: Toronto/ Waterloo, ON : Hybrid (3 days onsite preferred). Fully remote may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Extension/Conversion: Possible, depending on business needs
Schedule: Standard 37.5 hours/week (options: 8–4, 8:30–4:30, or 9–5)
Position Responsibilities
You’ll partner with enterprise stakeholders to deliver on our AI learning roadmap, including:
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives, such as:
o Curating and updating learning content in LXP
o Managing AI learning programs and pilots
o Developing AI-powered video micro-series and enterprise-wide modules
• Own vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless delivery
• Measure and optimize impact by tracking KPIs and adoption metrics
• Drive engagement and enablement programs to build AI literacy across the organization
• Embed AI learning into workflows through change enablement strategies
• Administer logistics and scheduling, including Smartsheet tracking and translations
• Gather insights and iterate programs and offerings based on feedback and emerging trends
Stay ahead of AI and learning innovations to anticipate evolving business needs
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, preferably in global organizations or Financial Services
2. Expertise in instructional design and diverse learning modalities
3. Strong understanding of AI concepts, GenAI productivity tools, and emerging technologies and background in adult learning principles or organizational development
4. Proven success in program management for enterprise learning or technology adoption initiatives
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program effectiveness
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Experience with LMS and LXP platforms
2. Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI)
3. Certifications in Learning & Development or related fields
4. Experience managing global learning initiatives and governance
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.
