Are you a passionate learning and development professional who loves empowering others to succeed? We’re partnering with a prestigious luxury real estate brokerage to appoint a Training Manager who will elevate their people experience from day one.
In this pivotal role, you’ll design and deliver an outstanding onboarding journey for all new starters, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and ready to excel. Beyond induction, you’ll play a key role in shaping the ongoing development of teams across the business, from regulatory updates to new technology rollouts.
You’ll bring experience in building and delivering training programmes, ideally with exposure to platforms such as Zoho, Jira, HubSpot or Salesforce. Knowledge of real estate processes, including RERA qualifications and property-listing best practice, will help you hit the ground running.
Exceptional communication skills, a polished presentation style, and the ability to engage at all levels are essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and love helping people perform at their best, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
