We’re seeking a strategic leader to design and deliver a transformative learning and development framework that aligns with business priorities and accelerates workforce capability for the AI era.
What you’ll do:
- Set the global talent vision—develop a competency framework and embed new principles across all regions
- Lead strategic learning initiatives—from onboarding to future-focused development pathways
- Drive a coaching culture and oversee global talent reviews to support organisational growth
- Integrate programmes with the global HRIS and LMS systems, ensuring data-driven insights inform decisions
- Innovate learning experiences—podcasts, fireside chats, interactive content—to engage a 2,000-strong workforce
- Partner with senior leadership to future-proof skills, focusing on AI and technology adoption
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in global talent strategy and development within tech or data-driven organisations
- Strong data literacy and HRIS/LMS expertise
- Ability to repurpose resources creatively and deliver impactful learning within budget
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
- Global mindset—programmes that scale across regions and cultures
