Title: Content Analyst
Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred)
Duration: 6 months
We are seeking an experienced individual to plan, design and execute learning materials to assist global users in adopting new technologies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who can develop a keen understanding of the business needs and align learning and development solutions based upon business priorities.
To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you'll have to have, and others that would be really, really nice.
Required:
- 4+ years of related professional experience
- Experience in developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to develop training materials, processes, and facilitate learning sessions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills
Education and experience:
Preferred:
- Knowledge of industry standard business and process management methods and approaches such as waterfall, agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Experience with learning and development tools such as: Camtasia, Brainshark, and Microsoft Publisher
- Experience training technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Familiarity with content management systems and XML/DITA
- Experience with SDL Tridion Docs or Documentum
- Experience working in a virtual environment
