On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Learning & Development Coordinator for a 24 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Learning & Development Coordinator - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the Lead Learning Solution Architect in deploying key large-scale learning and development programs. The HR Analyst will engage in data analysis, project coordination, and reporting to advise businesses and support the execution of L&D solutions.
Learning & Development Coordinator- Responsibilities:
• Support Lead LSA in executing large pan-portfolio L&D initiatives.
• Analyze data and translate findings into PowerPoint presentations for executive consumption.
• Coordinate L&D activities and manage learner attendance records.
• Interact with internal/external partners and organize meetings.
• Identify risks to annual plan execution and escalate as necessary.
• Manage ad-hoc LMS requests and collaborate on LMS specification documents.
• Conduct research to support L&D analysis and recommendations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Learning & Development Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Coordination in the L&D space.
• Knowledge of LMS systems for data review and analysis.
• Experience with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter and initiative-taking.
• Attention to detail.

• Experience in program and project management.

Learning & Development Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 24 month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
