Position Title: Learning Consultant (intermediate)
Duration: 6 months with extension and Conversion to FTE
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid -Tuesdays and Wednesdays are onsite)
Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Learning & Development Project Manager to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–3+ years of experience who is eager to learn, expand their skills, and grow within the organization.
- The successful candidate will support the management of learning and development initiatives, contribute to effective training solutions, and foster team collaboration. Experience with project management, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is preferred
Must Have Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging and instructional presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing internal training sites using SharePoint, including site architecture, content organization, and user experience design.
- Background in Risk and Audit, with familiarity in developing training aligned with internal controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Project management experience, particularly in L&D Projects.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, including course creation using Storyline and Rise.
- Proficiency in Camtasia, with the ability to produce high-quality instructional videos and screen recordings
