The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused, and commercially minded Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join our team in London. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to work in a high-performing, sales environment.
Reporting to our Chief People Officer you’ll play a key role in developing and leading Spencer Ogden’s training programs, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training academies to entry-level and experienced recruitment consultants across our business in line with Global strategy.
 - Conduct "on desk" training and coaching support for consultants throughout their first year
 - Train consultants on internal systems, corporate compliance, and recruitment strategies.
 - Conduct training analysis across the business and work with key stakeholders to create a positive impact on performance
 - Facilitate Monthly People Meetings with HRBP and Sales Leader, coaching and advising Sales Leaders on their team's performance development
 - Develop strong knowledge of every consultant in EMEA's performance and development to be able to share in weekly Talent Huddle
 
What We’re Looking For
- Able to build strong internal relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across all 3 regions
 - Confident using tools like Solar, Ring Central, Recruiter Insider
 - Highly motivated self-starter with a positive mental attitude and commercial, growth driven mindset
 - Prior experience in recruitment, either on the sales side or in a learning & development function
 - Comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels, across global offices
 - Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
 - A creative, collaborative, and proactive approach - always looking for ways to go above and beyond
