The Vice President of Lifecycle Marketing, Global is part of the Marketing Leadership Team at Instructure and is responsible for the growth and development of your sector through full lifecycle engagement –spanning acquisition, onboarding, retention, and acquisition– via outbound marketing and partnership with Global Customer Organization counterparts (Sales and Customer Success)
You lead the go-to market marketing teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM ensuring strategies are globally consistent yet locally adaptable to regional market dynamics and are responsible for the awareness and demand consideration across all stakeholders associated with buying decisions in the prospect and customer base, as well as supporting sales and customer growth. In collaboration with your sales and customer success counterparts you are designing and running the strategies to win and grow customers in your sector.
You report to the CMO and, as a member of the marketing leadership team you’ll leverage the various marketing departments to build the campaigns and report on the efficacy of programs related to your sector’s growth.

Responsibilities
- Set and run the marketing strategy for your sectors (in partnership with your cross-functional stakeholders) and with respect to the overarching enterprise marketing strategy (which also includes other sectors and shared service functions including Product Marketing, Creative, Comms, PR, Brand, Web and Sales Development)
- Ensure the smooth execution of impactful, full lifecycle campaigns within your sector. 
- Collaborate with the marketing leadership team on marketing best practices within and outside of the EdTech space. 
- Collaborate with Go To Market leaders across other business units and international markets.
- Demonstrate the measurable performance and impact of your work- covering brand health, bookings contribution, customer lifetime value, impact on pipeline right down to the success of campaigns and tactics. 
- Lead, motivate, inspire and coach a team of marketing professionals of various disciplines and seniorities (coordinator to director level) including demand generation marketers, revenue marketers, ABM professionals, field and events marketers, digital and paid media marketers and content marketers. 
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve the highest ROI, leveraging analytics to guide decision-making and investment allocation.
- Represent your team and programs at all levels of the organization, up to C-suite level executives and the board.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive top-level narrative for Instructure in collaboration with the other VPs
 
 
What You Will Need To Know/have
- 10+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience leading mixed discipline marketing teams to develop full funnel creative campaigns and execution of marketing programs including: email marketing, social advertising, field marketing, account-based marketing, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital.
- A mission-driven orientation around education and learning
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing to revenue goals and successfully meet targets. 
- Success in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Track record of success collaborating with sales and customer success teams to create meaningful engagements with prospects and existing customers.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel for internal and external meetings, as well as industry conferences. 
- Kindness and conscientiousness.
- A good sense of humor.
