We're looking for a strategic and passionate Head of Talent Management to lead our talent strategy and drive a culture of learning, engagement, and high performance. As a senior leader within the People team, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent aligned with our ambition to accelerate the practical application of deep tech to equip the UK to be future ready. 
WHAT YOU'LL DO (Duties) 
- Lead a talented team across Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition (~4 direct reports).  
- Design and deliver innovative talent initiatives—from early careers to senior leadership development.  
- Partner with senior leaders to embed workforce planning, succession strategies, and performance frameworks.  
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and employee experience.  
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive measurable impact. 
 
 
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior talent management leadership roles.  
- Expertise in learning and development, talent acquisition, and organisational culture.  
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence at all levels.  
- Passion for creating inclusive, high-performing environments.  
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and data-driven decision-making to underpin and enable effective change management.  
- A background working in digital / deep technology and innovation would be highly advantageous.
