The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused, and commercially minded Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join our team in London. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to work in a high-performing, sales environment.

Reporting to our Chief People Officer you’ll play a key role in developing and leading Spencer Ogden’s training programs, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training academies to entry-level and experienced recruitment consultants across our business in line with Global strategy.
Conduct "on desk" training and coaching support for consultants throughout their first year
Train consultants on internal systems, corporate compliance, and recruitment strategies.
Conduct training analysis across the business and work with key stakeholders to create a positive impact on performance
Facilitate Monthly People Meetings with HRBP and Sales Leader, coaching and advising Sales Leaders on their team's performance development
Develop strong knowledge of every consultant in EMEA's performance and development to be able to share in weekly Talent Huddle

What We’re Looking For

Able to build strong internal relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across all 3 regions
Confident using tools like Solar, Ring Central, Recruiter Insider
Highly motivated self-starter with a positive mental attitude and commercial, growth driven mindset
Prior experience in recruitment, either on the sales side or in a learning & development function
Comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels, across global offices
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
A creative, collaborative, and proactive approach - always looking for ways to go above and beyond
