You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the Firm’s strategy to train, develop, and retain outstanding legal and paralegal professionals, shaping the future of talent development in London.

What you’ll do
- Drive the Firm’s strategy for training, development, and retention of top talent.
- Oversee professional development programmes, mentoring and coaching initiatives, and budget management.
- Manage secondments, practice attorney arrangements, compensation processes, and HR functions for lawyers, while leading paralegal staffing, reviews, training, compliance, and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with leadership and support teams to deliver effective resource management, talent growth, and operational excellence.
What the firm is looking for
