This is a pipeline posting to build a network of talented Digital Learning Designers for future opportunities. Description of the Roles We Recruit For:
We are looking for professionals who can design and develop world-class digital learning experiences. The responsibilities in these roles typically include:
- Designing and developing various digital learning formats (eLearning modules, videos, simulations) in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Managing and maintaining content within various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Applying principles of instructional design and user experience to create effective learning content.
- Working within an AGILE/SCRUM framework to manage projects and meet deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a digital learning design or eLearning development role.
- Strong proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate, SAP EnableNow, and Camtasia.
- Good working knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and project management tools (Jira).
- Asset: Experience with enterprise software (e.g., DMS, ERP, accounting systems).
- Note: Many of our clients value experience and potential over formal academic qualifications.
