Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join a forward-thinking public sector organisation on a 6-month contract. Youll bring expertise, energy, and creativity to shape the way learning is sourced, delivered, and measured making a real difference to how teams develop skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Source the best learning solutions lead procurement and tendering processes to find the right learning providers and platforms.
Enhance our learning systems manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee integration with Oracle Fusion.
Evaluate for results analyse learning impact using frameworks like Kirkpatrick to ensure every programme delivers real value.
Engage stakeholders work closely with groups in EDI, Wellbeing, Talent, and more to align learning with organisational priorities.
Create engaging content design and deliver high-quality learning experiences using tools such as Rise 360.
Keep learning on track manage booking, scheduling, and smooth delivery of training courses.
Requirements
Proven experience in public sector procurement, tendering, and bid evaluation for learning solutions.
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and integration (Oracle Fusion experience is a bonus).
Skilled in reporting and evaluation of learning programmes.
Background in Learning & Development or a similar field.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Creativity in designing engaging learning content.
Strong organisational abilities for scheduling and delivery.
