Contract L&D Lead (Until Oct 2025) – Global Specialty Insurer
Hybrid Working (1 day a week in the office)
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to provide interim support to the L&D function of a global specialty insurer, ensuring continuity during a critical delivery phase.
You’ll oversee BAU L&D operations, support the rollout of Future Skills Academy pilots, manage coaching engagement tracking, and ensure compliance training cycles are delivered effectively. You'll act as the central point for team escalations and liaise closely with the Head of Organisational Effectiveness.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Proven L&D programme and team management experience
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and compliance training
- Strong communication and organisational skills
