Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Learning & Development Lead to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Drive learning and development strategy and corresponding content
- Design creative, bespoke learning offerings for staff across various roles
- Build foundational skills of new employees and the nuanced needs of leaders
- Carry out stakeholder relations, strategic thinking, and project management
- Work with internal and external experts to deliver customized programming
- Facilitate L&D programs or coach staff as needed
- Assist with talent assessment and performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of learning & development experience
- Strong project management skills
- Able to liaise with teammates and stakeholders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Consulting and critical thinking abilities
