You will lead the strategy and execution of frontline training programs, directly enabling the team members who shape our customer experience every day. This role is responsible for developing a roadmap and the end-to-end training experience for frontline team members, that drives business transformation and delivers measurable results. What You'll Do

- Lead a team responsible for the strategic direction of frontline training in support of operational excellence, customer service, and team member readiness, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational realities.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure strategies are practical and executable across training centers and in-station environments.
- Ensure training strategies are integrated into all key operational initiatives by partnering with Change Management, Policy & Procedures, Strategy, and Technology teams to ensure training is proactively included as a critical enabler of successful execution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and prioritization with Development, Delivery, and LMS teams to ensure cohesive and aligned training initiatives.
- Direct the full scope of training programs—including on-the-job training (OJT) and location-specific practices—to maintain consistency, operational relevance, and performance impact.
- Ensure all training programs meet regulatory, safety, and operational compliance standards.
- Implement effective, measurable training programs aligned with organizational goals, enhancing safety, compliance, customer service, reliability, and efficiency.
- Continuously assess training program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance outcomes.
- Continuously improve training strategies by analyzing outcomes, identifying scalable practices, and refining future approaches.
- Monitor team productivity and resource utilization to ensure efficient execution of training initiatives Support team growth through clear performance expectations, measurement, and constructive feedback.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in business management, organizational leadership, instructional design, learning and development, or equivalent training/experience
- 7+ years of training development or relevant experience
- Experience in leadership roles, developing team members and overseeing cross-functional teams Extensive experience managing and implementing large, complex projects
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management or operations role implementing training programs
- Led proven successful training programs that improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the business’s overall performance and effectiveness
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to apply diverse learning methodologies to support scalable, engaging, and outcome-focused training solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and lead training strategy that drives performance, compliance, and customer experience across complex operational environments.
- Strong decision-making and organizational abilities, adept at optimizing resources and delivering on competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly approachable and effective in building trust and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic, action-oriented leader with a future-focused mindset and a track record of identifying opportunities to transform business models through learning.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to align training strategy with business goals.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to measure training impact and inform continuous improvement.
